Morgan Gaynor was admitted to the bar in 1992 & has been a board-certified civil trial lawyer since 2008. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in 1988 & went on to earn his J.D. from UF College of Law in 1991.
He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell & is a member of Tampa Bay Trial Lawyer’s Association, Florida Justice Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, & 2021 Top Attorneys in Tampa Bay (Tampa Bay Magazine).
His practice areas include personal injury, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, & maritime cases. As an avid cyclist, he has a particular interest in representing people injured on bicycles & other vulnerable road users.
Growing up in a small Florida beach town, Morgan never identified much with some of the privileged people he’s met in the legal community. He has worked as an injury defense lawyer but really prefers sticking up for everyday people who truly need help from the legal system. Morgan feels that working people have been getting squeezed from every side for decades & it’s important that they have people willing to stand up for them against the corporate & insurance industries. He takes the most pride in getting them out of a bad situation financially or personally following an accident or tragedy. His competitive, compassionate nature allows clients to rest assured that he has done everything in his power to get them the best outcome possible.
Outside the office, Morgan can be found cycling, listening to live music, or traveling with family.
